We check the salaries of developers every 6 months for the position we are specialized in. This gives us good understanding of the business and allow us to give to our customers good rates. When the salary market goes down, the rates will be reflected as well.

The client is charged monthly for the candidate’s services based on the hours worked.

Our Recruiting service offers personalized search criteria tailored to meet the client's hiring needs. The client can choose from various candidates, from senior to medium to junior talent, depending on the position they want to fill. Our recruiting fee for this service is 160 USD, plus a hiring commission.
